Overview

Sales funnels help you sell physical, digital, service, or membership products with maximum efficiency—no distractions, no cart abandonment. In this guide, you'll learn how to create a funnel, add a product, enable 1-step checkout, include bump offers, and use upsells and downsells to increase your average order value.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Create Your Product

  • Navigate to Store > Products.
  • Click + Add Product.
  • Choose the product type: Physical, Digital, Service, or Membership.
  • Fill in the product details and save.
2. Create a New Sales Funnel

  • Go to Funnels and click + Create Funnel.
  • Select a funnel template designed for single or multi-product sales.
  • Name your funnel and click Save.

🧭 Tip: Sales funnels are independent of websites and can have their own domain, store, and CRM—or they can be added to a website project if needed.

3. Design Your Landing Page

  • Use the drag-and-drop builder to:
    • Add product images
    • Write compelling headlines and benefits
    • Include testimonials
    • Add clear call-to-action buttons

🎯 Goal: Focus the user entirely on the product and the next step—no distractions, no navigation menus.

4. Set Up the Checkout Page

  • Click on your Checkout Page.
  • Double-click the Checkout Widget to select the product you want to sell.
  • Choose between 1-Step or 2-Step Checkout based on the form length and desired layout.
5. Add a Bump Offer (Optional)

  • In the checkout settings, scroll to the Bump Offer section.
  • Create a bump offer for an add-on product (e.g., a yoga class or eBook).
  • Add a label like “Yes, I want to add this to my order!” and select the bump product.

💡 Bump offers increase average cart value by giving customers a one-click add-on just before checkout.

6. Add an Upsell or Downsell Page (Optional)

  • From the funnel builder, click + Add Step and choose Upsell Page.
  • Select a design, name it, and click Add.
  • Inside the upsell page:
    • Select the upsell product
    • Hide navigation/header if desired
    • Add persuasive copy and a “Buy Now” button
  • This allows users to complete an additional purchase without re-entering payment info.
7. Move Funnel Inside a Website (Optional)

  • To integrate your funnel with a website project:
    • Click the 3 dots on the funnel in your list
    • Select Move inside a website
    • Choose the target website
8. Customize Design & Settings

  • Update:
    • Product image and text
    • Countdown timers
    • Global colors and fonts
  • You can also swap the checkout template to a different layout with testimonials or product details.
9. Monitor Sales & Performance

  • Go to your Dashboard or Store to view:
    • Orders
    • Products
    • Sales stats
    • Funnel-specific analytics (upsells, conversions, etc.)
